How much does it cost to rent The Grand Island?+
Event pricing varies based on guest count, event type, and services requested. Event packages, weddings, retreats, milestone celebrations, fundraisers, and private gatherings, begin around $4,995 for up to 80 guests. Additional guests and custom services such as catering, bar service, fireworks, entertainment, and décor may increase pricing. We provide a customized proposal based on your event needs.
How many guests can The Grand Island accommodate?+
Guest capacity varies depending on the event layout and type of gathering. When requesting a proposal, we'll ask for your estimated guest count so we can provide accurate pricing and recommendations.
Can I tour the island before booking?+
Yes. Private island tours are available for a $250 tour fee. This allows you to experience the property in person and discuss your event vision with our team.
Is the tour fee refundable?+
No. The $250 tour fee is non-refundable and covers the private showing experience. However, the full amount is credited toward your reservation deposit if you book your event after touring.
How do I reserve my date?+
Dates are secured with a $1,000 reservation deposit. If you've already completed a tour, your tour fee can be applied toward your reservation deposit.
Do you offer catering?+
Yes. We can coordinate catering options based on your event needs, guest count, and budget. Because every event is unique, catering is quoted separately.
Do you provide decorating services?+
Yes. Décor pricing is customized based on your theme, color palette, floral selections, and event vision. We create custom décor proposals after learning more about your event.
Can alcohol be served on the island?+
Yes. All alcohol service must be coordinated through our team. Depending on the event, security or law enforcement requirements may apply.
Do you offer fireworks?+
Yes. Fireworks packages are available and are quoted based on the size and scope of the display.
How do guests reach the island?+
Private boats included with every event transport guests across Cross Lake from a dedicated mainland marina. The arrival itself becomes part of the celebration.
